1. Promoter and Promotion

The Wishr Mood Board Competition (the "Promotion") is a monthly free prize draw operated by Wishr Technologies Ltd ("Wishr", "we", "us"), the operator of wishr.com and the Wishr mobile and web applications (the "App"). By entering, you accept these terms and conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

The Promotion runs on a rolling monthly basis and has no fixed end date. It continues until Wishr announces otherwise on this page. Questions about the Promotion should be sent to support@wishr.com — please do not contact Instagram, TikTok or Amazon.

2. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

• be aged 18 or over on the date of entry;
• be a legal resident of the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or the Republic of Ireland;
• hold a Wishr account in good standing;
• hold your own public Instagram or TikTok account and comply with that platform's terms of service; and
• enter in your own name — entries submitted on behalf of another person are not accepted.

Employees, officers and contractors of Wishr, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. If you are unsure whether you are permitted to enter, do not enter. Entrants are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

3. How to Enter

A valid entry requires all of the following:

• create a mood board in the Wishr App;
• post that mood board publicly on Instagram or TikTok from your own account;
• tag @wishr_com in the post; and
• include the hashtag #WishrMoodboard.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Internet access, a compatible device and an Instagram or TikTok account are required; any data or device costs are your own.

Your post must remain public and visible from the moment you post it until the monthly winner has been announced. Private accounts, deleted posts, posts missing the tag or hashtag, and posts we cannot verify will not be entered into the draw.

You may submit more than one entry, but each entry must be a genuinely different mood board posted as a separate post. Duplicate, near-identical, bulk or automated entries will be disqualified, and only one prize may be won per person per calendar month.

4. Entry Periods

Each calendar month is a separate entry period. An entry period opens at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and closes at 23:59 UTC on the last day of that month. Entries posted after a period closes roll forward into the next month's draw.

The time a post becomes publicly visible on Instagram or TikTok determines which entry period it falls into, as recorded by that platform.

5. Prize

One prize is available each month: a US$50 Amazon.com gift card. Where a winner resides outside the United States, Wishr will instead supply a gift card of the closest available equivalent value for the Amazon store serving their country (for example Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.ca, Amazon.com.au). Exact local values may differ slightly due to exchange rates and available gift card denominations.

Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address on the winner's Wishr account. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged, and there is no cash alternative. Wishr reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing Amazon store. Amazon is not a sponsor of, and is in no way affiliated with, this Promotion. Except as required by law, Amazon gift cards cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash, and may only be used for eligible purchases in the applicable Amazon store.

Winners are responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of the prize and should seek independent advice where relevant.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner is selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period, using a random selection process supervised by an independent person at Wishr. Entries are not judged on quality, creativity or popularity — every valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

The draw takes place within five business days of the entry period closing. The winner is notified by direct message on the platform they entered from, and where possible by email to the address on their Wishr account.

The winner must respond and confirm the details needed to deliver the prize within 14 days of the first notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Wishr reserves the right to draw an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

Wishr's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including validity of entries, is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. Content Rules

Your entry post must not:

• infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights;
• contain unlawful, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit or otherwise offensive material;
• feature identifiable other people without their consent, or any person under 18;
• promote a competing product or service, or imply an endorsement that does not exist; or
• breach the terms of service or community guidelines of Instagram or TikTok.

Wishr may disqualify any entry it reasonably considers to breach these rules, and may remove or decline to share any entry at its discretion.

8. Rights in Your Entry

You keep ownership of your mood board and your post. By entering, you grant Wishr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display and share your entry post and mood board — including your username and platform handle — on Wishr's own websites, apps, social media channels and marketing materials, for the purpose of running and promoting the Promotion and the Wishr product.

You confirm that your entry is your own original work, that you have the right to grant this licence, and that any third-party product images included in your mood board are used as displayed within the Wishr App.

Wishr will credit you by your platform handle where it is practical to do so. No payment is due for any such use. If you would prefer your entry not to be shared, contact support@wishr.com and we will honour that request going forward.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Wishr may announce their platform handle and first name, and share their winning entry, on Wishr's channels. Winners are not required to take part in any further publicity, and we will not publish a winner's full name, email address or postal address.

10. Data Protection

Any personal data you provide in connection with the Promotion is processed by Wishr solely to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, select and contact winners and deliver prizes. It is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated marketing without your consent. Full details of how we handle personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, TikTok, Amazon, Apple or Google. By entering, you release those companies from any liability arising from the Promotion, and you acknowledge that any information you submit is provided to Wishr and not to them.

12. Liability

Wishr is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received for reasons outside its reasonable control, including platform outages, moderation actions or technical faults.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes Wishr's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13. Changes and Cancellation

Wishr reserves the right to amend these terms, or to suspend, modify or end the Promotion, where necessary — for example due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, suspected fraud or abuse, or a legal or platform requirement. Any change will be posted on this page, and Wishr will take reasonable steps to avoid disadvantaging entries already validly submitted.
